inspired and kept my home practice alive. I hope they

Yoga and You by Esther Myers
This book was written by my teacher's teacher. It goes over
the basics of starting a home practice consistent with the
philosophy of teaching that I present to you in class.

and more. Yoga therapies allows you to dvelop
