Pineapples have some iron in them so they may give you a little energy boost. Carrots are cleansing for your liver and digestive system and so they will give your system a boost as your body’s detoxification organs get rejuvenated. Leafy greens are loaded with chlorophyll. Chlorophyll – Chlorophyll is found only in plants and it has a unique structure which augments your body’s ability to produce hemoglobin which in turn strengthens the delivery of oxygen to your cells. (giving you more energy!) Cardamom and cinnamon are used as a stimulant in this recipe.
Juice for Adrenal Fatigue
1 cup Pineapple
1 cup carrots
1 cup leafy greens such as spinach, kale, collards, etc.
Grate Cardamom and Cinnamon on top
