Hello Melissa,
I am 65 and have been following your wonderful classes for about a month. I am very excited about doing yoga with you.Thank you for sharing this with us. I have trouble doing the eagle eye pose and the seated position for cow’s face pose. What are the modifications for these poses. Thank you

  1. For Arms – use a strap
  2. For Legs – sit on a block or a blanket
