Fall Series Smoothies


Apple-Pie-Smoothie: Today we are going to make an apple pie smoothie as part of our fall smoothie series.

Apple Pie Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 red apple
  • 1/3 cup of oats (use buckwheat oats or certified gluten free oats if you follow a gluten free diet – I can tested with brown rice and quinoa blend)
  • 3 medjool dates
  • 1 cup of ice (about ice cubes)
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg

blend on soup setting (i.e. double blend!)
