Brain Yoga

I have browsed much of your videos and have not found anything for any type of cognitive function. I have been struggling with this for almost 2 years now and over the last few months it has been a great deal worse. I am now unable to work because of it. I have just started the process of seeing a team of physicians here in Boston, where I just moved. They actually have a new center at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center called the Cheng and Tsui Center for Integrative Care for any of your eastern Massachusetts friends that may be interested, with a team of integrative physicians. I’m looking forward to my appt in a few weeks, but in the interim I didn’t know if you have any suggestions for me? I’m not sure the exact cause of the fog. I have had many suggestions but no clear facts as of yet. At this point I am pretty debilitated so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much, Happy holidays 🙂 Becky

I would highly recommend a book called Brain Longevity by Dharma Singh Khalsa. I used to teach a yoga workshop called Brain Yoga based on many of the exercises in this book that would be excellent for you. In fact many of the exercises in this book are integrated into many of the classes throughout Namaste Yoga and the membership site.
