Hi Melissa, I have been having trouble with tight hamstrings. Is there something I can do to help me get more flexible in my upper legs? Thanks Jim

Hi Jim, great question. My favourite yoga exercise for tight hamstrings is supta pandangusthasna – or hand to big toe pose.
