Tim picked me up for my second day of training in Toronto on hand and foot training that directly affects the fascial or connective tissue systems of your body.

Hand-and-Foot-Training-for-Fascia-or-Connective-Tissue-ClassesIn our yoga classes we have used balls in the past in order to relieve pain and help improve our flexibility in our overall yoga practice in the past.We have also worked our hands and feet and people have loved those classes and requested more because of the results they have felt in their bodies from improvements in knee and hip pain from working your feet to neck and shoulder pain from releasing your hands. Well this training is going to take that practice is going to take that to a whole new level. Using a small ball you will restore the supportiveness body’s connective tissue system helping to reduce chronic pain, improve performance and relieve accumulated stress in your body from the repetitive postures and movements you create every day.

I’ve been amazed by some of the applications we have been learning. They are some of the most requested classes I get. Sciatica, arthritis, neck pain, pelvic floor weakness. I even learned some applications yesterday that helped me turn off a migraine I was getting from sitting in fluorescent lights all day.

I can’t wait to share what I’ve learned with the members when I get back from this training and start filming classes for you.
