I have 2 moves in 2 minutes to help you with your holiday stress.

First one is to bring your shoulders up to your ears. Gather up all your tension, all your shoulds, hold your breath and then let it all go.
Second one, is lion’s breath. Think about something that is really frustrating or angering you right now. Take a deep breath in and then exhale stick your tongue out and roar like a lion as you exhale.
That’s it, two quick yoga exercises you can do anywhere to let go of the holiday stress.
