I was wondering if you could do a short video for me that I could blog. I have been thinking a lot lately about how the food we eat is more important than exercise. Food is our first line of defence in my opinion and it seems to me that exercise is almost used in defence of poor eating habits. If we eat super clean we simply need to keep our bodies moving in a moderate way as opposed to abusing our bodies with high impact and injurious cardio/yoga/exercise in order to correct poor eating habits. What would you think of creating a short 5 min video that I could put up on my blog in answer to my question or claim that what we eat is more important that exercise?
