Victoria BC Vlog

We started out our week and our year climbing on the rocks at McNeil Bay.

Wednesday morning I spent the morning doing β€œoffice work.” It continued to be cold outside, even the fountains in front of the Parliament Buildings froze! I sewed an apron for a Facebook livestream that I did on making your own stinging nettle lattes πŸ™‚ I put together our January retreat for our membership community with lots of delicious recipes. I was filming our weekly membership minute, to let our members know about what is happening in our membership community. I showed you about our new book for our book club, our Daily Yoga Connection and our short classes for our weekdays and longer classes for weekends. πŸ™‚

Thursday we did a facebook Livestream and I filmed a stinging Nettle Latte. This is fabulous if you are feeling overworked, overwhelmed, exhausted, have anemia, or arthritis among many other ailments. I finished sewing my apron πŸ™‚ Send me your photos of your stinging nettle lattes.

Thursday afternoon we went out for a little exploration. We started looking for Ocean View Park, which ended up being a kiddie park in suburbia. But don’t fret, we found some great views of the ocean and Mount Baker.

Sunday morning we went hiking on Prior Lake with Victoria Nature Explorations. It was a beautifully scenic hike through the forest with lovely people.

Thanks for watching. If you liked the video please give it a thumbs up, comment and let me know what part you liked best and subscribe to my channel for more vlogs like this every Monday.

Namaste, Melissa
