Victoria BC Vlog

We started out our week and our year climbing on the rocks at McNeil Bay.

Wednesday morning I spent the morning doing โ€œoffice work.โ€ It continued to be cold outside, even the fountains in front of the Parliament Buildings froze! I sewed an apron for a Facebook livestream that I did on making your own stinging nettle lattes ๐Ÿ™‚ I put together our January retreat for our membership community with lots of delicious recipes. I was filming our weekly membership minute, to let our members know about what is happening in our membership community. I showed you about our new book for our book club, our Daily Yoga Connection and our short classes for our weekdays and longer classes for weekends. ๐Ÿ™‚

Thursday we did a facebook Livestream and I filmed a stinging Nettle Latte. This is fabulous if you are feeling overworked, overwhelmed, exhausted, have anemia, or arthritis among many other ailments. I finished sewing my apron ๐Ÿ™‚ Send me your photos of your stinging nettle lattes.

Thursday afternoon we went out for a little exploration. We started looking for Ocean View Park, which ended up being a kiddie park in suburbia. But donโ€™t fret, we found some great views of the ocean and Mount Baker.

Sunday morning we went hiking on Prior Lake with Victoria Nature Explorations. It was a beautifully scenic hike through the forest with lovely people.

Thanks for watching. If you liked the video please give it a thumbs up, comment and let me know what part you liked best and subscribe to my channel for more vlogs like this every Monday.

Namaste, Melissa
