In this video I will give you an overview about our New Year 30 Day challenge and some of the most frequently asked questions that we get about the challenge. I will share with you how we will be incorporating yoga into your daily life with our short five minute daily yoga videos in January of 2018 on my Yoga Lifestyle channel.
