Today I have a real treat for you on Smoothie Saturday’s! I love avocado milkshakes and I always look at them longingly on the menu whenever we go to our favourite Vietnamese restaurant often after filming our weekly Namaste Yoga. So I decided to figure out how to make a vegan alternative. That is what I’m going to share with you today.

1 avocado
1 tsp of lemon
1 cup of ice
1/4 cup of non-dairy milk
1/4 cup of vegan sweetened condensed milk
