I enjoy watching your responses to questions on your video blog and a question I am curious about is what foods do you eat on a typical day?
(you have mentioned everything that you avoid!)

Here’s what I eat on a typical day.

In the morning I will get up and have a lemon water or an herbal tea. For breakfast I have either a green smoothie – my favourite being mango, strawberries, apple greens and mint., But usually quinoa porridge with blueberries. For lunch I usually have some kind of combination of grains (rice or quinoa) with legumes and greens. For dinner I will have something lighter usually hummus and rice crackers or Mary’s crackers – love those! I love rice bowls with roasted vegetables and a tahini sauce. Another favourite is basil pesto with rice pasta. I eat lots of fruit like apples, pears and berries. Another favourite lately is Kitchari – mung beans and rice. I think I’m going to do a whole video on how to make that. It is so detoxifying and purifying for your system. You can eat it every day for days and it is nourishing for your body.
