Today’s question comes from e-mail by Delores
Hi Melissa I have recently been diagnosed with mild fibromyalgia and I was wondering if there is any type of yoga that you provide over the Internet that I could sign up for that would help me. The doctor has recommended restorative yoga.

Fibromyalgia is a chronic condition that causes pain, stiffness, and tenderness of the muscles, tendons, and joints. Fibromyalgia is also characterized by restless sleep, awakening feeling tired, chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression, and disturbances in bowel function.

I do have a restorative yoga class on my youtube channel. It’s free and you can view it here.
There are many classes available for free on my youtube channel :
I also have a membership site (which has another restorative class on it). You can learn more about it here:

Depending on the severity of your fibro you may be able to do some of the other yoga I offer as well.
On the membership site for example I offer classes on anxiety, depression and arthritis that may also be helpful for fibromyalgia.
