Yoga for men

Today’s question comes to us from Robert from YouTube
Should I be doing anything different as a male? I feel my upper body is okay with some of these things, but my legs hurt even trying to stretch. Just years of not doing it I suppose.

Dear Robert, that is a great question and no you don’t need to do anything different as a male.

Back off until it doesn’t hurt to stretch, you are looking for that space between too much and too little – just right like baby bear’s porridge! 😉
You want to make sure something’s happening, but not something that hurts. The stretch should feel interesting but not injurious.
