Today’s question comes from Sarah from the membership site:
Hello Melissa, In Australia winter is approaching now. I love the cool breezes. I’ve noticed that in my morning yoga my knees are a little soar. Is there any existing content on yoga for the knees? I have not had any injury so it seems a little odd to have this pain. Any thoughts on this? Could it be diet related?

Thanks so much for your request. I just double checked and this is already on my content request list, so yes, definitely going to do a dedicated class on this. In the mean time I have a lot of classes that will help you indirectly with your knees.

Namaste Yoga 119 Lining up Hips, Knees, Ankles and Feet is great for your knees.

Feet First is a great video for your Knees as is Happy Hips and Hips and Hamstrings – all three of those videos are in the video section of the membership site.

You can also purchase each of these videos separately in my shop:

As far as diet, yes, pain in joints are definitely a signal that it is a good idea to look at diet. You know all those videos that I just did on diet and for the Yoga for Insomnia series? Go check those out. The same principles that were introduced to help for sleeping and eating will apply to your knees. Membership Site
